Can I change or cancel my online order after it has placed?

• Unfortunately, the order cannot be changed once an order has been placed and you receive an order confirmation. If the order you wish to change or cancel has not be processed, we'll try to cancel it and you can place another order for the right product. However, most orders will be processed and shipped within a day (excluding weekends and holidays). If you have received an shipment notification mail, it means that the order has been shipped and you can no longer make any changes.

Can I change the shipping method?

• We currently only offer standard shipping and it's FREE! 

How long will I receive my package?

• With the standard shipping, the package usually reach the destination by 3-10 days.
